At Eirene Escapes, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our team. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your stay at May Cottage.

Flexible Booking with Clear Terms

 

We offer a straightforward cancellation structure to give you peace of mind when planning your stay:

Full Refund – Cancel Up to 30 Days Before Check-In

 

Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, including all taxes and fees.

50% Refund – Cancel Between 14 and 30 Days Before Check-In

 

Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. You will be charged 50% of the total stay cost.

No Refund – Cancel Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In

 

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in, no refund will be issued. We will retain 100% of the booking total.

Additional Terms

 

 

• Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If the full balance is not paid by the due date provided in your invoice, the booking may be cancelled.

• Modifications: We may be able to accommodate date changes, depending on availability. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to amend your stay.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
